Water is billed at 10 cents per gallon

All invoices will be emailed to the email address provided.
All payments must be made via credit card only. There will be a link for payments attached to your emailed invoice.

Explanation Of Charges

Due Date: Payments are due by 5:00pm on the date indicated on your bill. Payments received after 5:00pm on the due date may be subject to a final notice, including an additional service charge.

Past Due Balance: Service will be disconnected for failure to pay the past due balance, in full within 10 days of statement date. To restore service, all charges on your account, including any current charges, plus a lock-off fee, must be paid in full. A deposit may also be required.

Base Facility Charge: The base facility charge is a service fee charged, regardless of the amount of water used. It covers the fixed expenses associated with the operation and maintenance costs for providing water and/or wastewater service to your unit. The base facility charge is $15 per month and includes the 1st 100 gallons.

Consumption Charge: The consumption charge is based on the amount of water recorded by the water meter since last meter reading

Service Charge: Service charges may appear on your bill for some of the following reasons:
Service is initiated for new customer: No Charge
Service is restored after termination for non-payment: $100
Service is interrupted at the customer’s request: $50
Meter testing: 1x per year, No Charge. $25 Upon Request
Returned/declined payment fee: $35
